Coaching packages and services

Coaching packages are offered with an initial minimum commitment of 3 months- billed monthly or if you prefer, paid up front.  This initial period is the most crucial and sets you up to be as successful as possible, form great habits along the way, and ensure you're as committed to reaching your goals as I am.  Following the initial 3-month period, you're free to move to month-to-month. 

1-on-1 Coaching Package ($150/month; 3 months minimum)

Work one-on-one with me.  Most in-depth coaching experience.  We'll be a great team! Here's what you'll get:

  • Initial 1-hour session to discuss your health history, goals, current eating habits, diet history,  potential barriers and strategies to address them, physical activity and fitness level.  
  • Comprehensive welcome packet filled with educational information, tips for time saving, recommended foods list, some of my go-to recipes, and your macro plan.   This includes a google worksheet with several tabs including:  your calorie/macro breakdown per day and per meal, adjustments as they are made, progress tracker including graph so that you can visually see your progress and targets each week, progress pics as we go.  
  • You'll be required to send me your weight 2-3x per week and progress pics every 3-4 weeks.  I will update your progress page and we'll work closely together to progressively adjust your calories/macros plan as needed, taking your hunger cues,  energy level into consideration. 
  • Formal weekly check-ins via text, call, or Zoom (you choose).  I'll check in to see how you're doing, answer any questions you have, discuss progress, develop strategies to overcome barriers, and offer support. 
  • You'll also have access to me via text, email, phone.  I'll be there to answer questions, motivate you, hold you accountable, and support you every step of the way.  Your goals are my goals!

Let's get started!

Macros Package ($100/month; 3 months minimum)

Recommended only for clients who are very familiar with counting and tracking macros, reading food labels, meal prepping, understand the basic principles of nutrition, are self-disciplined and ready to crush their goals.  Here's how we'll work together:

  • Initial 30-minute session to discuss your client intake form including goals and time frame, physical activity, and typical schedule
  • Following our session, I'll develop and send your personalized calorie/macro plan.  This includes a google worksheet with several tabs including:  your calorie/macro breakdown per day and per meal, adjustments as they are made, and a progress tracker including graph so that you can visually see your progress and targets each week.  I recommend you take progress pics every 3-4 weeks to document your progress. 
  • You'll be required to send me your weight 2-3x per week.  This will be used to graph and measure progress vs. goal.  
  • I'll make adjustments to your plan as needed to keep you on track to meet your goals and notify you of any updates. 
  • You can schedule consultation sessions to address specific questions, get advice on meal preps, supplements, etc. at a discounted rate of $30 per half-hour session.
